Adoption Services Available to Birth Mothers at Adoption Choices of Arizona

Have you just discovered that you are pregnant? Are you a birth mother in Arizona looking to place your baby for adoption? Then, look no further! Adoption Choices of Arizona is here to help! We understand that choosing adoption is a tough decision to make and are here to support you in any way we can. Our main goal is for you and your baby to have the best future possible. We provide customized assistance for your lifestyle and adoption journey, so don’t be afraid to reach out. We have adoption centers located in Tulsa and Oklahoma

Our adoption services include:

1) Assistance with the Adoption Process

Our most basic service includes an explanation of your choices and birth mother rights. From there, your assigned Birth Parent Counselor will guide you, start to finish, through the adoption process. Additionally, our legal team will assist with the legal requirements of the process.

Our skilled staff is well-equipped and specialized to work with birth mothers from all walks of life. Adoption Choices of Arizona is a non-discriminatory agency. We will never turn you away — regardless of your race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we want to help you have the most positive and empowering adoption journey possible.

2) Emotional Support

Adoption is an emotional process. As a birth mother in Arizona, you deserve all the emotional support possible. That is why our counselors are always available to you, as well as any support system you might have — friends, family, other people you trust, etc.  We are all prepared to talk through your choices and be there as you make tough decisions.

Please know that you are never alone. We are here for you.

3) Court Approved Financial Assistance with Physical Needs

If you are a birth mother who is struggling financially, allow us to ease your stress and anxiety. Your Birth Parent Counselor will work with your child’s adoptive family to help pay for any court-approved pregnancy expenses. Examples of these include: medical insurance, doctors’ appointments, prenatal care, transportation and basic living expenses.

Additionally, Adoption Choices of Arizona specializes in assisting homeless expectant mothers. If you are homeless and pregnant, please do not hesitate to contact us, so that we can help you and your baby as soon as possible.

4) Post-Pregnancy Adoption Services

Our adoption services do not end after your child is born. In fact, we can assist with placing your baby for adoption up to 72 hours after he or she is born. Our agency offers both domestic infant and newborn adoption.

In addition, our counseling services will remain available for as long as you need us. We believe that post-pregnancy support is just as important as how you are supported during your pregnancy. We want you to be able to get the tools you need to healthfully grieve and move forward in your life.

Furthermore, if you have selected an open adoption, your Birth Parent Counselor will continue to facilitate communication between you and the adoptive family for as long as it is needed.
